2025 SPT Conference: Silence, Complacency, and Comfort in an Age of Collapse
Are you ready to showcase your academic talents and engage with a compelling theme?
Every two years, Acadia’s Social Political Thought program hosts a national/international graduate student conference. This conference is organized and run by students for students. This year, the conference will be held at Acadia University from April 11th to 13th, and will be exploring the theme Silence, Complacency, and Comfort in an Age of Collapse. We invite graduate and upper-year undergraduate students from all areas of study to participate in this year’s conference.
We invite you to submit a 100-word abstract exploring Silence, Complacency, and Comfort in an Age of Collapse. This is a valuable opportunity to present your ideas, whether in person or virtually, to a supportive academic audience. Presenting your work builds critical skills, strengthens your CV, and connects you with like-minded peers. If transportation is a concern for in-person presentations, let us know—accommodations may be available.
